Do it yourself
You do all the work connected with your divorce, sorting out your settlement and arrangements for your children, without help. Financial agreements are only binding with a Court Order, which you might struggle to prepare yourself. Pension can only be shared with such an Order including a pension share. In reality, you would probably want to seek some sort of help from an adviser even if initially only an assessment meeting under the safety net scheme.
Mediation can be a help in DIY cases, as the mediator helps you both equally and has to give legal information.
